Layers of barriers are the first line of defense... But during water time fun, the Water Watcher Program my prevent your child from drowning. The myth that a drowning child will struggle or yell for help is why the Water Watcher Program is so important.
Our Water Watcher tags are imprinted in heavy plastic and can stand up to years of use. They are available with a break-away clear lanyard or a coil spring wrist bracelet.

The Water Watcher Program is based on a simple premise: A responsible adult is designated to watch the water. The surface, underneath, by the side, anywhere a young child can quietly and fatally slip below and drown before anyone can notice and help.
A Water Watcher Tag is worn by the designated responsible adult for an agree upon period of time.
If the Water Watcher needs to leave the area (answer the phone, check the grill, talk to a friend, etc.) or cannot give the water their undivided attention, they promise to pass the Water Watcher Tag to the next designated adult. Others are assigned to supervise the kids, make the food, answer the phone and take care of the distractions.
The Water Watcher must be focused on just that, the water.
